Thalpe — Beach
Set directly on the southern coast, this elegant beach villa offers ceremony settings both on the sand and in a lush garden overlooking the Indian Ocean. With nine suites and capacity for up to 250 guests, Thalpe is our most versatile venue — equally suited to an intimate ceremony and a grand celebration. The combination of open-ocean views, tropical foliage, and refined interiors creates a backdrop that photographs unlike anywhere else.
Ahangama — Garden
Set within a working cinnamon plantation, Ahangama is a garden paradise where peacocks wander freely and panoramic mountain views stretch to the horizon. Ceremonies here are held under towering tropical trees and arches of tropical florals, with the scent of cinnamon in the air. Intimate by design, with a maximum of 60 guests, this villa is ideal for couples who want a deeply personal celebration with extraordinary natural character.
Balapitiya — Beach
A Mediterranean-inspired estate with white-washed walls, terracotta accents, and direct Indian Ocean frontage. Balapitiya strikes a balance between grand and intimate — accommodating up to 50 guests in a setting that feels more like a private coastal palazzo than a villa. The open terraces, sea-facing reception areas, and five luxuriously appointed suites make this one of our most popular choices for couples who want beachfront elegance without the scale of a resort.
Pinnawala — Jungle / Valley
A contemporary glass villa perched on a hillock at the centre of a 90-acre coconut plantation, with 1,200ft mountain ridges as a backdrop and a vast valley below. Pinnawala is our most dramatic and unusual venue — best suited to small, unforgettable elopements or intimate ceremonies where the couple and nature are the stars. With only two suites, this is an exclusively private experience.
Nuwara Eliya — Hill Country
At altitude in Sri Lanka’s cool hill country, this horse-themed colonial cottage overlooks a shimmering lake with misty mountain peaks as a backdrop. The climate here is unlike anywhere else in the country — crisp, fresh, and ideal for couples wanting a cooler, European-feeling wedding in a tropical country. A grand horse entrance is available, making this one of our most theatrical settings. Up to 50 guests in a romantic, story-book atmosphere.

Pupuressa is arguably the most visually extraordinary venue in our collection — a place where guests arrive and genuinely struggle to believe the scenery is real. With capacity for 150 guests and five suites, this is the only property in our portfolio where scale and intimacy coexist perfectly. Kandy — Lakeside
Sitting on the edge of the Victoria Reservoir at 2,013ft elevation, surrounded by six acres of virgin forest, this Kandy villa is a sanctuary of silence and natural beauty. Ceremonies here feel genuinely removed from the world — a private forest clearing overlooking an inland sea, with nothing but trees and water in every direction. For couples who want something meditative and extraordinary, this is unlike anything else we offer.
Galle Fort — Heritage
Inside the UNESCO World Heritage walls of Galle Fort, this extraordinary colonial villa was built by Dutch spice merchants in the 16th–18th centuries and remains furnished with period Ebony and Calamander wood. Courtyard ceremonies here have a weight and atmosphere that no newly-built venue could replicate. The stone walls, carved archways, and ancient courtyard create an intimate, theatrical backdrop for a wedding that feels genuinely historic. A rare and irreplaceable venue.

We believe in complete transparency from the start. Below are the key terms that apply across all venues and packages — full details will be provided in your personalised wedding agreement.
Reservation
- Entire villa must be reserved for a minimum of 3 nights, or a $850 venue location fee applies
- Events with 50+ guests incur an additional $3,300++ supplement
Payments & Cancellation
- Full payment required to confirm booking
- Cancellations must be made 60+ days before the event
- Cancellations within 30 days are fully non-refundable
Décor & Setup
- Setup may begin from 12:00 noon the day prior
- All décor must be cleared by 9:00 AM the following morning
- After 10:00 AM: additional 50% accommodation surcharge applies
Music
- All music must cease by 11:00 PM in compliance with Sri Lankan government regulations
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
Other Policies
- Fireworks require written consent in advance
- No smoking inside villa premises
